Day 1

Arrival Nairobi – Transfer to Kenya Comfort Hotel

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport at 1800hrs, our Safari Guide will meet and greet and then provide a private transfer to city’s Kenya Comfort Hotel for overnight stay on Bed & Breakfast Basis.
Day 2

Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park

On arrival at Airport at 0730hrs, our Safari Guide will meet and greet and then head North down the escarpment of the Great Rift Valley. We take a brief stop at Viewpoint for a few camera shots of this amazing natural phenomenon. Then drive to Lake Naivasha where you’ll have a boat safari at an extra cost. This will help you see Hippos at close range and also the birdlife in this lake. Then proceed to Nakuru which will be reached in time for lunch. After lunch we depart for a game drive in this park which is dubbed ‘the greatest bird spectacle on earth’ due to the millions of Fuchsia-Pink Flamingos that flock to feed on the teeming algae of its alkaline waters. Lake Nakuru is also an Ornithologist’s Paradise. It has a uniquely rewarding game-viewing venue and a sanctuary for both the Black Rhino and the endangered White Rhino. The park offers an incredible 450 different species of birds which are water, fish-eating, terrestrial and migratory birds to include Pelican, Fish Eagle, Secretary Bird, Heron, Egret, Hammerkop and Grebe. In the evening we return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight on FB basis.
Day 3

Lake Nakuru National Park – Masai Mara Game Reserve

Depart to Masai Mara after breakfast, this is where you will enjoy the herd of animals and the amazing way they co-exist amongst each other. Get here by lunch time, after you refresh, have lunch relax as you wait to start the afternoon game drive. Get a closer look of the animal on the plains, with their endless vistas and enormous herds of grazing animals, look for the predators hidden in bushes or long grass i.e. lion, Cheetah and Leopard. There are hippos in the rivers and exotic birds everywhere. You’ll have dinner and overnight at lodge.
Day 4

Full day Masai Mara

A full day (from 0730-1600hrs) is spent game viewing across the rich, tree studded grassland and rolling hills. This reserve is the most visited Park in Kenya and the best for game as it has an extensive road and track network, which allows excellent photography and close viewing opportunities. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plains game, black manned Lions, Leopards and Cheetahs. It also has numerous Elephants and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. Antelopes, Wildebeests, Zebras and Maasai Giraffes can be seen as well as scavengers like Hyenas and Vultures. Bird life is also prolific with over 450 species having been recorded. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch besides the river as you watch Hippos and with luck Crocodiles basking on the rocks and one of the Wildebeests crossing points. We return to the lodge at 4pm where you can opt to visit a Maasai village and later dinner and overnight on FB Basis.
Day 5

Masai Mara Game Reserve – Amboseli

Depart very early for Amboseli with lunch enroute. The drive takes you via typical African savanna country dotted with local homesteads and colourful Maasai herdsmen and their cattle. Amboseli National Park has a prolific population of Elephants. Other animals likely to be seen here are Buffalo, Lion, Gazelle, Cheetah, Wildebeest, Hyena, Jackal, Masai Giraffe and Zebra. Afternoon game drive follows after lunch in this small park at the floors of the Mount Kilimanjaro which is the highest mountain in Africa and the highest free standing mountain in the world. Its snow capped peak will dominate the background while we marvel at the wildlife and scenery. Dinner and overnight will be at Camp on Full Board Basis.
Day 6

Amboseli – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast we leave for game drive as you exit Amboseli for Namanga border and after immigration formalities meet with your Tanzanian native driver guide with an excellent 4x4 vehicle which is rebuilt for safari to give you a comfortable game viewing. Lunch will be taken at Namanga border town. Drive to Tarangire to arrive in the evening at Camp for dinner and overnight on FB Basis.
Day 7

Tarangire - Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, go for a game drive as you exit Tarangire for Ngorongoro with picnic lunch. You’ll arrive in the evening for dinner and overnight at Lodge on Full Board Basis.
Day 8

Ngorongoro – Arusha - Nairobi

After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro crater floor with picnic lunches for a full day game drive. Ngorongoro Crater is one the largest intact caldera in the world and one of the most spectacular sights in the whole of Africa. All the BIG FIVE namely Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo and Elephant live in this wonderful caldera. Others are Zebra, Hippo, Wildebeest, Hyena and more. Birds include Flamingos on the Soda Lake, Geese, Storks, Vultures and more. Your lunch will be served on the picnic site in the Crater at Ngoitokitok swamp. (A Hippo pool). After lunch transfer to Namanga border via Arusha and onto Nairobi for overnight stay at Kenya Comfort Hotel on BB Basis.
